You are required to test your non vaccinated workforce at least once a week under the OSHA mandate. You must pay the employees for their time to take a test as well. Our testing is done at your location and on your schedule.
Yes. When you agree to the program, all of your employees upload their vaccination records onto our HIPAA compliant server. Each week all employees must answer a brief 30 second screening question at least once a week. This can be done on any device. As long as each week any employee with which we want to store their records answers a few short questions, the entire records for those who don’t test we will still retain on your behalf so you are in full compliance with the OSHA ordinance.
