Instructions on how to collect your nasal swab
This video will assist you in understanding how to do our self collection process for the QRMDs nasal swab COVID-19 test.
Self collect the sample using the provided nasal swab inserted only 1/4″ into each nostril. Rotate and swab at least for 5 seconds on each side.
When you get the test kit you will notice the swab is bigger than the transport vial. The swab has a pre determinted break point where you will break the swab and insert into the transport vial
One way to break the swab off is to insert the end into the transport vial, and then break the swab off as shown and seal the transport vial securely.
