Problems logging in to your patient portal?

How to resolve patient portal login issues

Our system uses cookies in order to maintain account security and your privacy on authenticated pages from our server.  In order for the QRMDs HIPAA compliant authenticated database to work properly, our system requires that “cookies” be enabled in your browser settings.  If cookies are blocked in the browser by default, or disabled by the user, the QRMDs database will not function properly and you will experience problems logging in to your patient portal, as well as performing other tasks.  You may be kicked out of the system at times, even though you are properly logged in.

If you see this error message on your patient portal when you try to log in, you will know that your browser configuration is not set to properly accept the systems authentication cookie.  This page will show you how to enable your cookies in your browser if you wish for all websites, or how to enable a specific authentication cookie for using our website.   To enable just specific authentication cookies to better use our website click here.

How can I use QRMDs if I do NOT want to have cookies enabled?

It is possible to use our site in a limited way, without third-party cookies enabled.  However, functionality will be limited, and sometimes difficult.  If you would like to use our site without having cookies enabled, and want to log in to your patient portal to do the following:

Option 1

When you log in to your patient portal, you will have to enter your username and password twice!  The first time, you will navigate to your patient portal, at and then enter your credentials.  The system will reject your credentials (even if they are correct), as a result of not having your cookies enabled. The system will then direct you to another webpage  This IS OUR WEBSERVER so you should not be alarmed.  At this stage, you must reenter your username and password, and you will be logged in to the patient portal.

You will notice that the URL you are directed to has changed and does NOT say “” but instead says “”.  This is our internal URL address of the patient authentication system and database.

Option 2

You can navigate directly to the patient portal authentication server at this direct URL,, and save it in your bookmarks as “QRMDS Patient Portal Log In”.  This will save you the step of having to enter your credentials twice going forward.

Option 3

You can enable your cookies to avoid these steps.

Option 4

You can try to enable a site specific cookie for our website.  This process is a bit complex and is different, depending upon which browser you are using. See below for individual instructions for browsers listed.
